Online registration (New Teams)
All registrations must now be done through this website via the "Register to play" or "Register now" pages. (before you go there read below)
We are accepting whole team registrations
If your child is without a team but would like him or her to join a team you can post your/their details on our website and then register them as a single. You will then have to post your details on this website single player portal.
Team organisers who don't have enough players to form a full team can search for players on this website and contact the players to get them registered. Super 6 will monitor the posts to assist where possible in placing single players. This is done via the sign zone.
There is no gurantee that single players will be picked up by other teams or placed in a newly formed team. If not placed by Registration close date of 20 August a full refund will be given.
Junior teams- you must register a minimum of 8 players to be eligible to play in this competition
3 Ways to register online (The quickest way to register a team! See Option 2)
1.
Register a whole team and pay the registration fee for the team.
Do do this successfully you will need each player's personal details including a digital photo of each player. You will enter each player's details and upload their photos and pay the whole amount for all the players you have included. You can only do this in one go so you will need each and every players personal details and digital photos - if you don't have something you will end to start again.
2. Register a team via email invitation (easiest method) by team organiser
You register yourself (and pay) as organiser and then type or paste in the email addresses of each contact parent of players you would like to invite to join your team. They receive notification via email asking them to join your team - they then submit their own details and pay their own fee for their child. You receive notification when they have done this. The moment you have the required number of players your team has completed the registration.
You can use your login and password to check that your invites have registered and paid.
You can invite as many players as you want and can register up to 10 Junior players per team.
If you want to enter a team using the above method (via email invitation), do the following:
Online "step by step" process -
Best Method (for option 2- the invitation method)
Decide amongst your friends or parents who will be the team organiser
- Team organiser to collect all players email addresses and tell them all to ensure that their computer is set to allow/enable cookies before they click on the email invitation - link to register. (see help section on registering online)
- Tell them they will need a digital photo (less than 1000 Megabytes) of their child to be able to complete the online registration as well as a credit card.
- Make sure your computer is set to allow/enable cookies and make sure you have a digital photo of your child
- Go to "register now" page and:
- Register your details via the team entry invitation method, you must pay your registration fee at this point.
- Paste the emails of parents/guardians of players you want to invite to register.
- Upload current photo of your child (less than 1000 Megabytes)
- Pay via credit card for yourself or your child
- Your parents of players you invited will all receive an email with a link for them to click and register and pay for their children (via credit card). This includes uploading a digital photo of themselves or their child. (less than 1000 Megabytes) use the following link to make your photo smaller if needed Free Online Picture Resizer - Crop and Resize photos, images, or pictures online for FREE!
- When you as the organiser register via the email invitation method -you will need to put in a team name and password. You can use this to check progress of who has registered - You can go in on the home page top right hand corner "Team organiser" button and chack to see who of your invites has regsitered and paid and chase them up.
Things to note when registering this way:
- Team organiser- If you start the process then you stop or leave the rego page, you will need to go back in and start the rego from the start.
- Team organiser- when pasting emails ensure their is a comma or semi colon between each email address or it will not work.
- Team invitee -If you start to register and you stop and leave the rego page, you will need to start again via the email link - do not go to the website directly. If you feel you can do it all and can't rely on others to get their act together to register themselves - choose Option 1
3. Register as an individual (if its just your child)
You can post your childs details on this website and teams that are short will contact you if you are what they are looking for!
Super 6 soccer will also monitor the posts and if a minimum of 8 single posts who are seeking to join the same junior age or senior grade caetgory, Super 6 will help form this team where possible.
We prefer whole teams to register but if you are a parent whose child is a single player and would like to play you will need to register as a single by submitting all the details requested including uploading a photo of your child and then pay the single registration fee. We will assist in placing your child in a team but there is no guarantee that we will be able to place you or your child in a team.
Please note
- Team organisers for junior teams can register a team and all they need to know is each parent's or guardian's email address.(option 2)
- Team organisers can be coaches (with or without their own kids).
- Junior teams must have a minimum of 8 players registered in their team. (Max of 10)
- We will be offering an "early bird" discount (there will be no other discounts)
- Juniors cannot use uniforms from previous years- all junior registrations will include a new shirt.(therefore no discount for using last years uniform as you will not be able to use it)
- You can register additional players up to 6 weeks into the competition (full fee must be paid) in cash to competition manager
- You cannot have another player take over a registration of a player who has decided to stop playing.
- Refunds will not be provided if a player stops playing for whatever reason.
- Super6Soccer has the final say if a team can or cannot participate in its competition.
